I didn't set out to become a coach. I spent the last 18 years working my way up in healthcare, eventually becoming Head of one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the country. On paper, I was crushing it. But privately, I was falling apart. I was exhausted, undervalued, and trapped in a toxic work culture that rewarded overwork over everything else. My personal life was suffering, my family and kids stopped asking me for help because they knew I was "too busy, too tired" and I'd built a career that looked perfect on LinkedIn but felt like a prison in real life.

So I made a choice not to quit, but to figure out a different way. I created the ALIGN Method™, a framework that helped me reclaim my time, energy, and confidence in just 8 weeks. Now I'm the Founder & CEO of Rosecan Consulting, helping high-achieving professionals break free from the same cycle I escaped.
